Why are these products only available on a subscription?

I really struggle to use sunscreen. It causes my skin to become itchy and bumpy. Is there a daily UV product I can use that wont cause this?

Most sunscreens are chemical and cause irritation as well as congestion. I suggest trying our MINC, which is a physical sunblock and contatins no chemical UV blockers or preservatives. It's super lightweight and will provide UV protection similar to a 30spf. It's even safe for babies and children.
What if I wish to upgrade my subscription?

Our Clinicals Skincare is formulated using natural purified ingredients. They are paraben, chemical, phenoxyethanol, fragrance, SLS and mineral oil FREE!

What if I wish to return my products for a refund?

You are able to cancel or pause your subscription at any time. However, we are sure your skin will love the range, it won't even be a thought.
If I have an allergic reaction to the products, can I return them for a refund?

Clinicals skincare will not cause an adverse reaction as they are Chiral (purified). However, you can have an allergic reaction, if there is an ingredient you are allergic to. This usually presents in 24hrs after using the products and shows as lots of very tiny itchy pimples all over the skin. Should this occur and you are unable to use the Clinicals products due to allergy, then you are able to return the products for a full refund.
How long will it take to see results after using my Clinicals products?

As Clinicals skincare has a high concentration of active ingredients and a penetration ability, you will start to see improvement in your skins health in as little as 1-2 weeks.
My skin is sensitive, will I experience a bad reaction?

No, Clinicals skincare is purified (Chiral) and contains NO nasties, fragrance, parabens or chemical preservatives. You have a cell receptor for all the active ingredients, so your skin can actively take on and utilise the ingredients safely. Clinicals also contains a high percentage of anti-inflammatories. Safe for all skin types.
How long will the Clinicals products last?

Each product when used as prescribed, will last 6-7 weeks.
Can I use Clinicals products with other skincare brands?

You can use the CLENZ and MINC with your current skincare, however due to the delivery system penetration ability, you may NOT use the other Clinicals skincare with any other brand or skincare range. Even if the products are natural or organic. Most skincare brands are designed for superficial use. Clinicals will penetrate the skin to the Dermis (deeper layer of the skin). Should you mix the Clinicals serums with other brands, you risk having an adverse reaction.
